Yoga, meditation and forest bathing are offered as concrete practices of listening, movement, breath and presence.

The activities are for everyone, including people with no canine background. Practice is adapted to the person, their experience and any limitations, with beginner, intermediate and advanced options.

The studio

A real, welcoming and fully equipped space in Palaia

The studio welcomes small groups and supports asana, relaxation, meditation and prop-assisted practice. It is a simple, bright environment designed to support concentration.

Eight pathways, with teaching adapted to the person
